19th & Dobbins

19th and Dobbins was the first development under the BFH portfolio.  It was discovered that the land owner at the time was having difficulty with property sale due to entitlement issues with the City.  BFH worked with the seller and adjacent landowners, as well as City staff, to resolve all issues.  Ultimately, the development was handed off to a builder and is expected to be completed by the end of 2024.
