With several decades of experience, BFH Group conveys the highest quality land development consultancy for our clients and partners with services ranging from feasibility and due diligence through construction administration.

Meet the Founder

David M. Bohn, PE

Founder/Owner

“We rise together – our greatness is measured by the height we elevate others” is one of David’s philosophies in business and life. David Bohn began his civil engineering career in 2002 as an intern, but due to a demanding and ever-growing real estate market he quickly progressed to project manager and eventually established his own firm (Kinetix Engineering) in 2005. Over the next 11 years he managed hundreds of projects,millions in contracts, and developed and oversaw a support staff both locally in Arizona as well as in Bangalore, India. Kinetix eventually merged with a nationwide firm where David was appointed as a senior level project manager running their residential market. In only three brief years, David helped organically cultivate their stake of the market from a nominal share to well over five times both in contracts and staff support. David initiated BFH Group in 2019 to reincorporate and re-establish his vision of what incites great land development enterprises – innovative experience, consistent communication, integrity, value engineering, and creative and efficient problem solving.
