 BFH Group is a land development firm whose primary focus is residential. We collaborate with contractors and consultants in order to enrich the communities that we influence. We provide our expertise throughout the entirety of the project including due diligence, feasibility, preliminary design through construction documents and permitting, as well as construction administration. Our design services include a paving and grading plan, water and wastewater distribution design, stormwater pollution prevention plan, drainage and hydrology, and design reports. Currently, we have projects in most of the metro-Phoenix municipalities and several counties across Arizona.
