Culver Gardens

Culver Gardens is a unique custom luxury lot subdivision found in east Mesa.  This site will bring much needed luxury housing into the east Mesa market.  The lots will average 35,000 square feet and will be a gated community.  The plot has been reviewed and approved by Mesa City Council, and is still awaiting permitting for construction.
