Mesa Gardens

Mesa Gardens is a 144 unit apartment style development in east Mesa.  Originally, it was an island in Maricopa County that had dual zoning for commercial along the Main Street frontage and R-5 high density residential in the rear.  BFH Group worked with the City of Mesa and Maricopa County to annex into Mesa as well as rezone the property to RM-4 PAD.  Currently, the site is in the final stages of permitting and is hopefully going to be breaking ground in the fall of 2025.
