Paradise Gardens is a 52 unit townhome development found in the City of Surprise.  This site showcases BFH's knack for finding properties that are not only in areas of high demand, but also provide additional incentives provided by several jurisdictions.  In this case, the site is located in an opportunity zone as well as the Surprise Heritage District which significantly reduces and/or eliminates many of the fees associated with the development process and permitting.
