Recker Gardens is a 132 unit apartment complex that finds itself in an interesting area where residential housing is scarce, and the potential to expand the market is limited. BFH has worked hand in hand with the City of Mesa to rezone and entitle the site not only once, but is currently working with the City to rezone the property again to promote higher density and product more conducive to market conditions. It is expected to be fully entitled and permitted by the end of 2024.
