Villas at Stonegate

Located in the City of Maricopa off of Alan Stephens Parkway and Stonegate Road, Villas at Stonegate is a 293 townhome style development that is final plat approved and ready for construction.  As a member of the team, BFH helped lead discussions with neighbors, Planning Commission and City Council to propose a development that is cohesive with not only a commercial element to the east and south, but also with a single family residential community to the north and west.  It is expected that this site will be under construction in the fourth quarter of 2024.
